Ingredients

1 boned farmyard chicken
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 carrot
1 aubergine
1 courgette
1 fennel
1 shallot
1 ripen tomato
mix of pulverised spices (curry, coriander, cinnamon, ginger…)
fresh oregano
basil
extra virgin olive oil
grated bread
unrefined sea salt
freshly ground black pepper

Cut the chicken into regular pieces.
Season the pieces with salt, pepper, garlic, the spices mix and cook them on the grill, without letting them dry too much. Chop the vegetables and cook them gently on the grill, seed the tomato, cut it in four parts and roast it.
In little moulds, alternate layers of vegetables and sprinkled bread, and bake for 10 minutes.
Place the chicken on a warm dish alongside the vegetable pastries and the tomato slice.
Season with herb oil, unrefined salt and a trickle of fruity oil.
