Noble wine of Transalpine origin introduced to Friuli following a research on the vine to develop a new white wine with different characteristics from the typical wines of the Region.
Colour:
bright pale yellow with greenish tinges.
Fragrance:
delicate, slightly aromatic and fruity, reminiscent of acacia and nutmeg.
Flavour:
full-bodied, dry, evenly balanced, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Serving suggestions:
best when cool; although it is also good as an aperitif, it is ideal accompaniment with fish dishes and seafood. |
