Prosecco Rosè millesimato Extra Dry is a fine, elegant and floral sparkling wine, with delicate notes of fresh red fruits and a soft spicy note in the finish the taste is round, armonic and elegant, its fresh and savory notes envelop the palate. Bright soft pink colour, fine and long-lasting perlage.

Obtained from the finest grapes of our vineyards in the Friuli DOC area, located in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a land that yields high quality wines.

The Glera and Pinot Nero grapes are harvested and vinified separately to best enhance their characteristics. The Glera grapes follow the traditional vinification system, with a soft pressing while the Pinot nero grapes macerate for a short period with the skins to extract color and aromas. The wine bases obatined are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Afterwards both musts are blended and fermented again for more than 2 months (Charmat – Martinotti method). At the end of the refermentation the wine is filtered and stabilized before being bottled.
